Country Star Bryan Martin Is Taken Off Stage
Country artist Bryan Martin was removed from the stage during his performance at the Schaghticoke Fair in upstate New York on Friday night (August 29). Witnesses and law enforcement reported that Martin exhibited signs of intoxication and erratic behavior during the show, concerning fair officials and attendees.
“He was completely wasted, performed the same hit he has 4x,” a person in attendance wrote online. “Proceeded to talk about his life. Hot drunk mess. Then assaulted the cops when they tried getting him off stage.”
A fan-recorded video captured the moment as several officers struggled to subdue Martin on the side of the stage. After a brief standoff, they ultimately lifted the country singer over their heads and physically carried him away from the performance area.
“Deputies and event staff attempted to assist Mr. Martin offstage, but due to his impaired state, he became resistant and had to be forcibly escorted out,” read a statement posted by the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office.
