In front of 40 guests, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton said “I do” on the country singer’s Oklahoma ranch, where he built a chapel especially for their nuptials.

The news was first reported by Page Six who posted aerial pictures of the private chapel Shelton reportedly built for the occasion. The chapel appeared to be decorated for a wedding with flowers and a reception area that included outdoor tables and chairs shaded by white umbrellas. The media outlet also shared videos of some of the couple’s closest friends and family, including Gwen’s parents, boarding a luxury bus to be transported to the ceremony.

The couple waited until Monday, July 5 to share photos from the special day. Each one posted three photos: one of them in a loving pose atop a hill in front of the chapel, one where the pair in what appeared to be in their getaway vehicle – a golf cart, and another of them posing in front of their elegant, traditional wedding cake as they shared a kiss.

Stefani and Rossdale met in 1995 and were married in 2002. Their children were born in 2006, 2008, and 2014 before she filed for divorce on August 3, 2015 citing “irreconcilable differences.” It’s been rumored the marriage was dissolved because he had an affair with their nanny. They have a joint custody agreement, which during the pandemic, got a little tricky because he lives in California and Stefani spent most of her time in Oklahoma with Shelton.

The day after Shelton and Stefani were married, the Bush frontman shared a photo with his three sons on a beach using the caption, “happy 4th we going this way ?”

Rossdale wrote that the photo was taken by photographer Annie Edmonds.

The photo is actually an older photo and the date it was taken is unknown. On Wednesday (july 7), Stefani posted a photo of her three sons at the wedding, showing Kingston with short, blonde hair. In the photo Rossdale shared, Kingston’s hair is long.
