As Blake Shelton was adding to his Oklahoma property, his girlfriend silently listed her Los Angeles home on the market for a cool $35 million.
According to multiple outlets including People Magazine, superstar ‘Voice’ coach and pop icon, Gwen Stefani tossed her hilltop estate, called ‘The Summit’, onto the real estate market – again – and it looks like it hasn’t sold yet.
The Beverly Hills home that boasts 12,000 luxurious square feet was originally shared with her now ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, when they first purchased the property back in 2006. Following a very public divorce in 2015, they slowly have been getting all their joint assets sorted out – and this might be the last item on the list.
Originally, Stefani listed the property for sale last fall, but removed it and apparently has slapped a price tag back on it!
With Stefani’s three young boys, the space probably got quite a bit of use and no doubt was great for entertaining! Featuring seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the exquisite estate could accommodate more people than a small-town gymnasium.
Beyond the bedrooms and bathrooms, the beautiful bungalow boasts privacy features like a gated drive, privacy fence, and expansive outdoor areas.
Before Stefani and Rossdale bought the home, it has been reported that fellow pop superstar and singing competition judge, Jennifer Lopez, owned the home from 2000 to 2004.
The prized plot of land includes a sparkling infinity pool, lavish playground, illuminated tennis court, and a chicken coop – you know, so you can raise chickens in Beverly Hills.
As you can see from the photos, Stefani has taken her signature design style and splashed it across every dazzling room in a way that gives a modern and up-scale feel to the space. The striking graphic lines, crisp mix of retro-era concepts like mirrored doors and rounded star-like light fixtures, and interjected pieces of bright colors truly will leave Stefani’s lasting mark on this home.
The master suite itself holds two of the 11 bathrooms and features two separate dressing areas so that you and your partner can enjoy the luxury of space while deciding just what designer the public will see you in today.
With three separate fireplaces (each with their own ribboned stone walls), full wet bar, decadent chef’s kitchen, separate outdoor dining area, this palatial pad was a steal for Stefani when she first snapped it up for a paltry $13.25 million.
All of what you’ve seen above (and more) can be yours for just under $25 million.
Update: As of February 2019 – the listing agent, Westside Estate Agency has the home still listed for sale after slicing a cool $6 million off the top. (Was formerly $35 million.)
