The world is mourning the loss of a beloved actress, Jennifer Runyon.

The news of Jennifer’s death at the age of 65 was confirmed on social media by several people who knew her. They also revealed that she died following a battle with cancer.

Her mother-in-law, Nan Corman, shared the heartbreaking news on Facebook, writing, “If there was ever a perfect couple it was my son Todd and Jennifer…Friday night we lost Jenn to cancer…she fought it for six months and left all of us devastated.”

Scott Baio, who starred with Jennifer on the sitcom Charles in Charge, wrote, “She was a sweet, kind, and generous actress to work with.”

He added, “I’m sending my deepest condolences, prayers, and sympathy to her family during this difficult time. God bless her and her family.”

Bewitched star Erin Murphy said:

So sad to share that my friend Jennifer Runyon Corman has passed away after a brief battle with cancer. Some people you just know you’ll be friends with before you even meet. She was a special lady. I’ll miss you Jenn. My thoughts are with your family and beautiful children.”

Understandably, one of the most emotional tributes came from Jennifer’s daughter, Bayley Corman. Bayley, who’s an actress like her mother, has starred in projects such as 9-1-1 and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

All of the best parts of me came from you,” Bayley wrote on Instagram. She shared several photos and videos of herself and her mother making beautiful memories together over the years.

I would give anything for one more day together,” Bayley ended her post.

The Highlights Of Jennifer Runyon’s Life & Career

Jennifer Runyon was born in Chicago, Illinois, on April 1, 1960. Her father, Jim Runyon, was a famous radio announcer and disc jockey, and her mother, Jane, was an actress.

Jennifer started acting in the ’80s. She made her movie debut in the 1980 horror film, To All a Goodnight.

Many other film roles followed, as Jennifer made appearances in Ghostbusters, The Falcon and the Snowman, Up the Creek, and The In Crowd.

In 1988, Jennifer famously stepped into Susan Olsen’s role as Cindy Brady in the TV movie A Very Brady Christmas.

Jennifer also enjoyed a successful TV career. She starred in series such as Fall Guy, Charles in Charge, Magnum, P.I., Another World, Quantum Leap, and Murder, She Wrote.

Jennifer married Todd Corman in 1991. They shared a son, Wyatt, and a daughter, Bayley.
