Jelly Roll Jokes “I’m A Pig” As Reason Why They Don’t Need A Pig
On the red carpet of the ACM Awards, the appearance of belt buckles, cowboy hats, and fringe comes with the territory. Even leather chaps wouldn’t be out of place.
However, on Thursday, May 8, at the 60th ACM Awards, the country aesthetic was accompanied by a little farm livin’ and a lot of fun.
When asked on the red carpet by Country Now if he was adding to his farm, Jelly Roll jovially replied, “Jessie Murph just tried to give Bunnie a pig on the red carpet!”
Bunnie XO, who has been married to the “Need a Favor” singer since 2016, was approached by singer-songwriter Jessie Murph with a piglet.
Named Wilbur, after the protagonist of the beloved 1952 children’s classic Charlotte’s Web, by E.B. White, Jessie Murph shared a few photos of her with her “date” on Instagram. Notably, Jessie Murph also posted photos of the reference point for her outfit: none other than Priscilla Presley.

Jelly Roll’s Farm
“Jessie Murph has got a pig here, and she’s been trying to give Bunnie the pig,” Jelly Roll detailed. “She’s chasing Bunnie around with this damn pig, and Bunnie wants to take the pig.”
Noting that he has three pigs on his farm already, he quipped, “I didn’t want the first three pigs … She’s already got a pig — I’m a pig!”
Jelly Roll recently shared how owning a farm has been a sign that “general curses were broken” in his life.
“My wife and I, we purchased over 500 acres,” he tearfully said in a TikTok video. “I was never brave enough to dream that I would be here like this today.”
