When Adele postponed her Weekends With Adele residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Keith Urban stepped up to fill the empty show slots. Urban already had a residency of his own at the Colosseum, Keith Urban Live – Las Vegas.
During one of his shows, Urban took a moment to recognize Adele. He complimented her, saying:
“I would like to make a special dedication tonight, to somebody I just absolutely adore as a performer, as a songwriter, a trailblazer.“
From there, Urban moved into an acoustic cover of Adele’s 10-week #1 hit, “Easy On Me.” Adele later released a remake of the song that featured another country music superstar, Chris Stapleton.
Urban uploaded a video of him singing “Easy On Me” on social media. In the caption he wrote:
“Her writing, heart and soul is needed right now more than ever. For me, this ‘hymn’ is divinely timed. Thank you for being so raw @adele. We love you !”

This wasn’t Urban’s first time covering Adele. He previously sang “Rolling in the Deep” with Maren Morris and Brett Eldredge at SiriusXM’s Music City Theater in 2016.
Give that past performance a listen below. Which one of Adele’s songs would you like to hear Urban sing next?
