Lauren Alaina & Her Husband Welcome Beni Doll
Lauren Alaina and her husband Cam Arnold welcomed their first child on Wednesday June 11th, a baby girl named Beni Doll Arnold. Beni was born at 8:44 am, weighing 7 lbs 13oz and measuring 19 inches long.
“The right words are hard to find to describe how parts of my heart that I didn’t even knew existed were unlocked at 8:44 am when they laid you on my belly for the first time,” Lauren said. “I will never be the same. You, to your dad and me, are absolute perfection. We are honored God chose us to be your parents. Thank you to everyone for all of the love, prayers and support for our precious daughter.”
Lauren and Cam announced their pregnancy in January. Lauren shared the news in a video for her emotional song, “Those Kind of Women.”
A week later, they revealed the gender of their first child in a black-and-white video that showed them painting their pet’s feet and placing their prints on a canvas. When the video turned to color, it revealed that the paw prints were pink for a baby girl!
Lauren has shared many adorable moments since Beni was born, from taking her out on tour to simple, ordinary days at home.
The “Getting Over Him” singer has gushed over how much she loves being a mommy and chasing her dreams of being a performer.
“I’m so proud to show my daughter that we can do anything our heart desires. I can be a momma and chase my dreams. Thank you to everyone who showed up and reminded me how much I love this dream of mine. It felt so good to be back. 💗”
Lauren Puts Beni In A Pumpkin…And It’s Simply Adorable
Just in time for Halloween, Lauren shared with her social media followers that she was jumping on the popular fall trend and putting baby Beni in a pumpkin.
“Pumpkin spice spice BABY 🎃 I say “Hey Punkin” to my daughter no less than 100 times a day… It just felt right to put her in one,” Lauren captioned the video.
The infamous trend often involves cutting two holes in a pumpkin for the baby’s legs to go inside, and sitting them upright in it.
Lauren said she was in charge of cutting the holes, hilariously telling fans she had to “pray” about that. Cam was then responsible for cutting the top of the pumpkin big enough for Beni to fit inside.
Beni was put in a pumpkin hat herself and Lauren posted pictures at the end of the video of the final result. It’s safe to say baby girl Beni is just an absolute sweetheart.
