Lauren Alaina Married Cam Arnold In A Gorgeous Nashville Wedding On February 4
Grand Ole Opry member Lauren Alaina married Cam Arnold on Sunday, February 4. Their gorgeous wedding ceremony was held at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in downtown Nashville.
Over 450 guests were in attendance to watch the couple say “I do.” The guest list included Jason and Brittany Aldean, HARDY and his wife Caleigh Ryan, Russell Dickerson and his wife Kailey, and Lindsay Ell.
Lauren and Cam wrote their own vows for the ceremony. PEOPLE described how she walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of a song she wrote for Cam, called “Breaking Up with Single.”
But that wasn’t the only song Lauren wrote for her big day.
Lauren Wrote A Sweet Song For The Father-Daughter Dance
Lauren Alaina also wrote a sweet song for the father-daughter dance at her wedding. She shared a preview of that song in a post on social media.
Lauren set the tune to a video containing footage from her wedding day. The video includes a clip of the emotional moment when her dad, J.J. Suddeth, saw her in her wedding gown for the first time.
“I wrote this song for my daddy for our daddy/daughter dance,” Lauren said in the caption. “It was such a special moment during our wedding. I will truly never forget it.”
The song captures the joy Lauren feels knowing her father and Cam have become the closest of friends. It includes the lyrics, “I knew I found the one when they became best friends. My good ole boy and My Old Man.”
