Two days later, it was reported that she was rushed to the hospital after a cardiac arrest. Later that night, she passed away. Her death was confirmed by her mother, Priscilla Presley, who issued a statement to press.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla shared. “She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”

Six months after her death – and one day after the third anniversary of her son Benjamin Keough’s passing – Lisa Marie’s cause of death has been revealed, according to records from the LA County Medical Examiner.
Page Six reports that she died from “complications from a small bowel obstruction,” and that no drugs were found in her system, despite rumors that have been floating around. A toxicology report hasn’t been released yet.
Her death has been ruled as “natural.”
Lisa Marie is survived by her mother, her daughters, Riley, Harper and Finley, and her granddaughter (Riley’s daughter).
