On January 20th, country star Luke Combs and his wife Nicole announced they are expecting their first child together.
“This may be the best year yet…Baby BOY combs coming spring 2022!! we are so incredibly excited & thankful,” the expectant mother wrote on Instagram alongside a few photos of her and Luke with the ultra sound photos.

Since then, Nicole has shared several photos of her growing baby bump – like when she went to a Bachelorette party which was Barbie themed.

She also helped curate a maternity clothes line with Tiff.Marie Maternity and showed off some of the pieces.

Over Mother’s Day weekend, she had a baby shower and showed off her bump one more time – and she looked stunning! Rocking a gorgeous multi-colored dress, Nicole and Luke looked so happy posing in front of a neon sign that said “Let’s Party, Baby!”

During a recent interview with Taste Of Country Nights, Combs opened up about his next big hit – fatherhood! He is especially worried about how different his son’s life will be from his growing up, seeing how famous he has gotten.
He said, “I think about how different their childhood is going to be than mine, and it’s like, they will undoubtedly have the pressure of being my kid, which is not something that I ever dealt with and not something that I know how to deal with. I want to make sure that we have talks about those things. I’m worried about when do they find out that (he’s Luke Combs).”
Combs may have two Grammy Award nominations, two iHeart Radio music awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards and six Country Music Association Awards, including the 2021 Entertainer of the Year award, their highest honor, but there is one thing that has him worried: the car seat!
“How do you put this damn car seat in?” he asked during the interview.
We’re sure by the time the baby is born he will have figured that part out, though!
