Even though a worldwide pandemic is going on right now, it’s not enough to stop Luke Combs from doing what he does best – writing great songs and bringing people together through music.

If you’re a fan, you’ve probably noticed how the 30-year-old country boy from North Carolina can take any experience or situation and write a song about it. His single, “Six Feet Apart” released across all music platforms on May 1, 2020. Appropriately named, Luke explained, in a recent Instagram post,

“It’s about the current times and us looking forward to the day all of this is over.”

The chorus of the song encourages people by reminding them that once this pandemic passes, we’ll all be together again, enjoying shows with our family and friends.

Luke has been active across all of his social media platforms supporting other musicians, bartenders, and hospital staff by live-streaming performances from his home. Just a couple weeks ago, he announced that he was teaming up with Crocs to donate thousands of pairs to healthcare workers in Tennessee.
