Since 2014, Lionel Richie and Lisa Parigi have proven that age is just a number.
While Parigi has managed to keep her exact age under the radar, news outlets have confirmed that Parigi is only in her 30s. Richie is 71, so the three to four-decade age gap has caused quite a bit of surprise amount fans. The difference in years does not seem to phase Richie or Parigi. In an interview with PEOPLE, Richie could not help but brag on his girlfriend.

“She’s extremely beautiful, but most importantly she’s smart and helps me deal with my crazy world,” Richie admitted.
Parigi, who impressively speaks four languages, grew up in Switzerland and previously worked as a model. Now, Parigi manages a lifestyle blog called “Dream Design Discover.”
“At this time in my life when you can be so jaded about things, [my girlfriend] Lisa kind of makes everything feel a bit safe,” Richie revealed.

While the two have yet to announce wedding plans, Richie hints that marriage is not entirely out of the question.
“There’s always big plans,” the singer told PEOPLE. “Do I have an exact time on this? Oh, hell no. I don’t. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m sure.”
