Budweiser’s Warm Springs Ranch Introduces New Clydesdale Foal
Cuteness Overload. Warm Springs Ranch, home of the prestigious Budweiser Clydesdales, has announced the arrival of a new foal. The female horse was born on January 1, 2026, and has a beautiful white blaze down her face.
Located in Boonville, Missouri, the ranch is the official breeding facility for Budweiser Clydesdales. The 300-acre property features a mare/stallion and foaling barn, a veterinary lab, and 10 pastures, each with a customized walk-in shelter.
At birth, Clydesdale foals typically weigh between 120-150 lbs and stand 3-3.5 feet tall at the shoulder. They grow rapidly, gaining 3-5 lbs per day. As such, this new addition is likely already 200 lbs!

Budweiser’s 2025 commercial, titled “First Delivery,” was a fan favorite from last year. The ad shows a foal eager to join a beer delivery with his fellow Clydesdales. However, being much too small for the large task, the foal is left behind.
Ultimately, the young horse proves himself when a keg of beer falls off a delivery wagon. He pushes the keg across mountains, over railroad tracks, and through a river, completing the delivery at the bar where the crew was headed.

About The Budweiser Clydesdales
The Budweiser Clydesdale tradition dates back more than 100 years. After being born at Warm Springs Ranch, eligible horses begin training at a young age. They attend a “prep school” in St. Louis at 5 to 8 months old before moving on to their final training step at a facility in New Hampshire at age 4.
Once officially part of the fleet, the horses spend roughly ten months of the year on the road, making appearances at special events, sports games, parades, and more. Each horse receives a custom-fitted harness that weighs approximately 130 lbs, handmade from patent leather and solid brass, and stitched with pure linen.
A team of dedicated groomers prepares the Clydesdales for their appearances. To get a team of eight horses show-ready, it takes seven handlers up to five hours and costs roughly $6,000 per day.
