Fans at the Faster Horses Festival in Brooklyn, Michigan didn’t know they were about to watch headliner Miranda Lambert perform a song for the first time ever.
After recently being extremely inspired by legendary rock band U2’s Kentucky show on their Joshua Tree Tour, Lambert chose to incorporate one of their biggest hits in her set.
This changed my life. And my way of thinking. About music & art. About drive & heart. Thank you @U2. I'll never be the same. #joshuatree pic.twitter.com/TcZCFVyZDl

After singing her emotional song “Tin Man,” she closed out her show with a cover of the U2’s “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.”.
Introducing the song, Lambert said to the audience, “We’re all just searching for something — love, peace, happiness. So I’m gonna leave you with one that I think will heal ya.”
By the end of the first verse, the audience was singing along to this countryfied version of the well-known rock song. Lambert, her backup singer Gwen Sebastian, and the rest of her band traded off verses.
The entire production of the song was incredible from the chill-inducing harmonies to showcasing each band member’s talents. Watch the performance below.
