In 2013, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert made one of the biggest purchases of their marriage when they became the proud new owners of a mansion in Brentwood, Tennessee. But the mansion was thrown back on the market following Shelton and Lambert’s 2015 divorce.
Finally, this one remaining piece of Shelton and Lambert’s marriage has sold. Forbes reports that the 10,627 square feet, five bedroom, eight bathroom house was recently sold for $2.258 million.
Located 20 miles outside of Nashville, the mansion’s decor is the perfect blend of country and city. Just a few of the elaborate rooms in the home include a fitness center, a media room, and a lounge complete with a wet bar.
The estate also has a large swimming pool, spa, and a tennis court. If the new owners are golf fans, then they’ve picked the perfect place to live. The mansion is situated on an acre of land which is right next to the 15th green of the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course.
While the mansion was one of the final remaining pieces of Shelton and Lambert’s marriage, it wasn’t the last. The couple still owns two properties together, both in Tennessee. Those two properties are their Nashville condo, which they purchased in 2012, and their 25-acre property in Franklin, which they purchased in 2013.
Separately, Shelton and Lambert still have an impressive roster of real estate. Shelton owns two properties in Tishomingo, Oklahoma and also has a property in Kingston, Oklahoma. Lambert has a property in her hometown of Lindale, Texas and also has two properties in Tishomingo.
Last year, Lambert added a true gem to her real estate collection when she purchased a $3.4 million compound in Nashville. The property includes three seperate residences and sits on over 400 acres.
Neither Shelton or Lambert will be spending much time at their homes this year. Shelton has a new season of The Voice to look forward to starting in February, and his tour also kicks off that month. The Doing It to Country Songs Tour features former Voice contestants Raelynn and Sundance Head as opening acts, and continues through March.
As for Lambert, she’s also going on tour this year. Her Highway Vagabond Tour kicks off on January 26 and features Old Dominion and Aubrie Sellers as her opening acts.
The title of Lambert’s tour comes from one of the new songs on her latest album, The Weight of These Wings. You can give it a listen in the clip below.
