After almost a year on the market, Reba McEntire’s iconic Starstruck Farm has finally sold.

Last August, the country legend put her 83 acre Wilson County, Tennessee estate on the market for a staggering $7.9 million. Finally, it was sold to a man named Paul H. Burch who has huge plans for the property, which resides on Old Hickory Lake.

According to Zillow, the lot was first listed on August 17, 2016 and pending a sale on April 11, 2017. A little over two months later, on June 27, 2017, it was put back on the market, then removed on July 6, when Burch closed escrow.

Although the property was initially listed at almost $8 million, it was sold for only $5 million. The Tennessean reports that Burch plans to build 15 homes on the property, each getting between an acre to 1.82 acres.

As of press time, the project’s surveyor Paul Crockett was not aware of any plans for the existing 12,816-square-foot home. The home is described on Zillow as having a “pool, tennis [court], pool & guest house, 5 stall barn, 8 car garage. Equestrian facility w/16 stalls, in & out door arenas, 12 fenced paddocks. Prime for development w/private sewer.”
