The lead singer of The Chicks is “Ready to Run” from her Los Angeles home.
Natalie Maines has listed her California mansion for sale for $8,495,000. It sits in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. She first bought the home in 2007 for $5.6 million with her then-husband Adrian Pasdar.
They lived their with their two children, sons Slade and Beckett. Maines filed for divorce in 2017 and it was finalized in December 2019. Her divorce inspired several songs on The Chicks’ 2020 album Gaslighter.
According to Realtor.com, the property was listed on February 24.
The home boasts five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two half-baths, an in-ground pool and spa, a spacious dining room, media room, and walk-in closets. The pool has a water slide, waterfall, a lounging area, as well as a pergola covered in gorgeous vines.
The “private Brentwood compound” sits on a “quiet cul-de-sac” with its own private gate.
The house is being sold by Richard Stearns of COMPASS.
