Country Singer Charged With DUI After Nashville Crash

Dylan Wolfe has been charged with DUI following a crash in Nashville last week

In the early morning hours of February 29th, 29-year-old country singer Dylan Wolfe was involved in a single-vehicle collision on I-24 West near Nashville, Tennessee. According to Scoop Nashville, Wolfe told police officers that the accident occurred when he “looked down at his phone.”

Thankfully, no one was hurt in the collision.

The musician admitted to consuming three Crown Royal Apple mixed drinks before getting behind the wheel. Wolfe consented to field sobriety tests but performed poorly. He did not consent to a blood test.

Dylan Wolfe is facing additional charges

Wolfe had a firearm in the center console of his vehicle which was found by officers on site. Even with a permit, Tennessee law prohibits individuals from carrying a firearm while consuming drugs or alcohol. Possession of a handgun while under the influence is a Class A misdemeanor in the state of Tennessee.

As a result, the young man was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and charged with driving under the influence, implied consent, and weapon possession while under the influence. His bond was set at $6,000, which he met and was released.

As of press time, it does not appear that Dylan Wolfe has spoken out about the incident.
