Season 27 of The Voice Is Bringing In Many A-List Stars To Serve As Battle Advisors For The Coaches, Including One Of Country Music’s Most Famous Bands

Season 27 of The Voice premiered on Monday, February 3, with coaches John Legend, Adam Levine, Michael Bublé, and Kelsea Ballerini guiding their teams in hopes of securing a victory.

This season seems to be flying by. A month into the competition, the Blind Auditions have officially ended, and all the coaches have their teams set. Next, the contestants will face off in the Battle Rounds, going head-to-head for a chance to stay in the competition.

But, as dedicated viewers know, the contestants won’t be facing this next phase alone. During the Battle Rounds, each coach enlists an experienced artist to help advise their team so they can give the best performances possible.

Who Are The Battle Advisors For Season 27?

Three-time Grammy-winning and nine-time ACM Award-winning country band Little Big Town will be joining Kelsea Ballerini’s team this season. Although there aren’t as many country artists competing this time around compared to other seasons, Little Big Town definitely has the experience to guide any contestant to success, no matter their genre.

Cynthia Erivo – Team Michael Bublé

Not long after taking the world by storm with her role as Elphaba Thropp in Wicked, Oscar-nominated actress and Grammy-winning artist Cynthia Erivo will be joining Michael Bublé’s team to help them prepare for the Battle Rounds.

Adam Levine has brought on Kate Hudson to help advise his team.  Known for her award-winning acting career, Hudson made her debut in the music world last year with her album Glorious. Since then, she’s shown she knows exactly what it takes to make it big in the music industry.

Coco Jones – Team John Legend

Coco Jones will be joining John Legend’s team as a battle advisor. The 27-year-old actress and Grammy-winning artist is one of Hollywood’s biggest rising stars. Her influence will likely help attract the younger generation, and her experience in the entertainment industry will be very valuable as she helps Legend’s team members with any advice they may need.

The Voice Schedule Change

As viewers know by now, this season of The Voice has had a schedule change different from past seasons. The show now airs only on Mondays, instead of its previous Monday and Tuesday schedule that fans were used to.

This new schedule will continue through the Battle Rounds. However, it is expected to go back to twice a week once the live shows begin.
