Kelly Clarkson Is A Guest On Brett Eldredge’s Upcoming Holiday Album

Brett Eldredge does, and “Mr. Christmas” has blessed his fans with a new Christmas album set to release on September 27th!

Eldredge is not new to making country Christmas crossover hits, and he got his nickname from a 2021 release of “Mr. Christmas.” In the song, Eldredge embodies the spirit of Christmas and reminds fans of its nostalgic magic. Watch the video below.

Brett Eldredge’s Third Holiday Album

Eldredge is back in 2024 to bring Christmas cheer with his newest album Merry Christmas (Welcome to the Family). The album features eight new tracks and is set to be released September 27th.

The “Don’t Ya” singer posted on his instagram when he announced the release of his new album and said:

“After I finished the Glow tour last year, I immediately dove into writing an album full of original Christmas songs that will hopefully become classics in your hearts and minds. We recorded this album trying to encapsulate the classic Christmas sounds I’ve always loved and put my own soulful and jazz-like spin on it.” He continued to say, “Whatever you want to call it, just know it’s a reflection of the most important themes of the holidays—love, togetherness, family, and community. If you need a place to rest your soul and a group of magical humans to share it with, then just put this album on play, lay back, and take a breath.”

“Mr. Christmas” And Kelly Clarkson Collaborate

Kelly Clarkson and Eldredge have shared the Christmas stage before with their rendition of “Under The Mistletoe,” which they released in 2020.

When asked about working together again here is what the duo had to say, “Kelly’s voice has this soulful retro feeling. I’ve never done a Christmas song in this style, and I really love it,” Eldredge shared in a recent statement to Billboard.

Clarkson said, “I’ve been fortunate enough to record songs with Brett, go see him live, and have him on my show! He has one of my favorite voices and I will sing with him anytime, anywhere! I hope people dig ‘Sweet December’ as much as we do!”
