In the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, the band New Kids On The Block tried to lift everyone’s spirits in the form of music and dance.

Band member Donnie Wahlberg wrote the song, titled “House Party,” along with Deekay Music, which is centered around making the best of staying at home. Jordin Sparks, Big Freedia, Boyz II Men, and Naughty By Nature all lend their vocals to the track.

Not only do these collaborators sing and rap on the song, they also appear in the music video, which was released on in April 2020.

It wouldn’t be a true “House Party” without some special guests! NKOTB enlisted some of their most famous friends, family, and fans to participate in the music video, each of them shooting their part from the comfort of their own home.

Upon releasing the video on Facebook, NKOTB wrote, “As you see there are some surprise guests in the video as well…can you tell we had fun with this one?! We hope this song brings you joy during this difficult time.

They also noted that all the proceeds from this song and video will be donated to the organization No Kid Hungry.

Wahlberg and his wife, The Masked Singer judge Jenny McCarthy showed off some of their best dance moves, and were also joined by her fellow judges Nicole Scherzinger and Ken Jeong. Other celebrities that joined in were Wahlberg’s movie star brother Mark Wahlberg and his daughter, and Carrie Underwood.

If you think her appearance is a little out of left field, you’d be wrong! She is a known super fan of the group and has even joined them on stage a few times during their previous Nashville tour stops!

Underwood is featured a few times in the video dancing in her room and singing along to the song…and she’s wearing a New Kids On The Block t-shirt!
