Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher share two sons. Their eldest, Isaiah, was born on February 27, 2015. Their second son, Jacob, was born on January 21, 2019.
Carrie and Mike don’t post photos of their boys on social media that often. When they do, the pictures usually don’t show Isaiah or Jacob’s faces. But Carrie did post a picture of Jacob to celebrate his fourth birthday on Saturday.
The picture Carrie shared shows Jacob as a baby. He had on a cute hat with deer antlers and wore a pair of matching pants. Referencing the photo, Carrie said it seemed like Jacob was that small “yesterday.”
“This was yesterday…and now you are 4…” she said. “Happy birthday, sweet Jake…my sunshine!!!”
Carrie’s affectionate message continued, “God truly blessed us when he gave us the miracle of you!!! We love you!“
Carrie also thanked Ivey Cake for making Jacob’s “adorable and delicious cake.” She posted two photos of the cake, which was Spider-Man themed. It looked too cool to eat!
