Underwood also gives her fans fitness-related advice and encouragement on her social media profiles. She’ll often share pictures or videos from a workout, and use them to inspire her followers to pursue their goals, whatever they may be.

Keep sweating, keep posting, and keep supporting each other!” Underwood once wrote on Instagram to celebrate how her new fitness app, fit52, had been available for 100 days at that point. “We love seeing you find your path to a stronger, healthier you.” She shared a photo of herself in her gym along with photos fans submitted from their own workouts.

As you would expect, Underwood is always up for a fitness challenge. So when she came across Kevin T. Edmonson Jr.’s plank challenge on TikTok, she knew she had to give it a try. And she filmed the whole thing!

The fun video shows Edmonson on one side of the screen and Underwood on the other. Edmonson starts doing push-ups to the beat of the music while Underwood remains in a plank. Then when the song says “Your turn,” Edmonson stops his push-ups and Underwood starts hers.

The two continue this back-and-forth exchange, with Edmonson doing a move while Underwood holds her plank. Then Underwood mimics the move, as if she was actually right by Edmonson’s side working out with him in person!

Not only is the video entertaining to watch, but it’s impressive. The different moves and the fast pace of the workout prove just how strong Underwood is. Anyone who has ever tried to hold a plank before knows how hard it is…and it gets even harder when you start moving your arms and/or legs!

Tune in to the clip below to watch Underwood participate in the TikTok plank challenge and see how she did. We think she crushed it!
