The country trio Chapel Hart rose to fame after earning the group golden buzzer for their audition on America’s Got Talent. They performed an original song called “You Can Have Him Jolene,” which caught the attention of legendary artists such as Dolly Parton, Tanya Tucker, and Loretta Lynn.
Chapel Hart went on to place fifth during their season of AGT. They’ve since appeared at the Grand Ole Opry, have performed around the country, and attended the CMT Artists of the Year ceremony.

Chapel Hart’s members include sisters Danica and Devynn Hart, and their cousin Trea Swindle. Right now, the singers have a bit of a break in their schedule while Danica recovers from a recent vocal cord surgery.
Danica shared the news of her surgery in late October. She said:
“..your girl had to have vocal chord [sic] surgery and I was nervous about sharing with everyone… but I felt like y’all have been on this journey with us through the good, bad, & the ugly so I figured we wouldn’t stop now! I am on the road to recovery and will be updating y’all as I go! Thanks for all the get well gifts, prayers, & good vibes!!! Love y’all!“

Danica has continued to keep her fans updated throughout her recovery. She’s shared photos of herself holding up a whiteboard with notes about her progress.
The most recent update she shared was on October 31. At that time she was feeling a little frustrated about not being able to speak to communicate.
Her bandmates said:
“Dan is getting a little flustered with communication but she’s doing great not talking. We have a Doctors Appointment tomorrow which she hopes to get good news!!! She wants to thank all of y’all for your continued prayers and ask that y’all ‘KEEP EM COMING!!!’“

We’ll certainly be keeping Danica in our prayers, and wish her a quick and complete recovery.
Chapel Hart’s next show is currently scheduled for November 30 at the Ground Zero Blues Club in Biloxi, Mississippi. Then they’ll perform at the Grand Ole Opry on December 3.
