It is a sad day for Chick-fil-A sauce lovers.
Chick-fil-A’s iconic cows usually encourage guests to “eat mor chikin,” but now, the company needs customers to consume less sauce. The popular restaurant chain is famous for its signature chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and their variety of dipping sauces. Unfortunately, Chick-fil-A announced that they would begin to limit the number of sauces that each customer would receive due to an industry-wide shortage.

Chick-fil-A sent an email to customers explaining the situation. They also went over the new guidelines. The new restrictions limit customers to one sauce for a single entree, two packets for a meal order, and three sauces per 30-count order of chicken nuggets.
While most customers will make do with the sauce rations, true Chick-fil-A enthusiasts can purchase Chick-fil-A sauces at select participating grocery stores. All the proceeds from the bottled sauces also fund a scholarship initiative for the restaurant’s employees.

Representatives from the restaurant apologized for the inconvenience and thanked customers for their patience and understanding.
