Chris Stapleton Buys Massive Estate…But You Won’t Believe Who Lives Next Door

Picking out a plot of land in this charming Tennessee town, this country star will be moving in next to someone else that has been well known in the music industry for decades.

As reported by The Tennessean, the man credited for “bringing back country music” and his family will be moving into a wide-reaching estate nestled in Williamson County, Tennessee – and will be inheriting a famous couple as their new neighbors.

Chris Stapleton and wife Morgane have been performing across the country and at various festivals for the better part of the last year, with even more shows and concerts planned for the remainder of 2017. In addition to this rigorous schedule, it’s also been rumored that Stapleton will be introducing his first brand new music since Traveller at the 2017 ACM Awards!

With a full plate of work, it’s hard to imagine where they found the time to make a massive purchase such as this sprawling estate, but nevertheless they did!

Picking out a plot that measures just over 311-acres, the Stapletons have chosen wonderful Leiper’s Fork, TN as their new home and a place to enjoy the incredible rolling hills, but it’s who they’re moving next to that’s really making headlines!

Stapleton, having paid more than $5.5 million for his massive plot of land, chose a spot close to someone he’s had a good friendship and musical relationship for some time: former ‘N Sync member and, pop icon Justin Timberlake!

Timberlake and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, purchased a neighboring 126-acre plot of land just about two years ago, and now will be welcoming the Stapleton family to the community in the coming months!

Stapleton and Timberlake stole the show during 2015’s CMA Awards when they performed and iconic double-feature of Stapelton’s “Tennessee Whiskey” and Timberlake’s “Drink You Away”.
