What a way to ring in the New Year!

One of the most awarded and beloved songwriters in Nashville, who simultaneously is raging with a hot-as-fire country singing careers just recently revealed to readers and fans that he and his darling wife, Sara will be expecting a brand new baby this coming year!

As reported by People Magazine, country singer-songwriter, Lee Brice, revealed the news just a few days into the New Year and are completely ecstatic about welcoming their third child in 2017!

Brice, who will be 38 this year, kicked off his career in music as a songwriter during the late 2000s. Working alongside now-famous acts like Jason Aldean and Kyle Jacobs, Brice penned a large number of hits for a large number of musicians. One of, if not, his biggest songwriting credits is found in Garth Brooks‘ unforgettable No. 1 chart-topping single, “More Than a Memory”.

The same year he started as a songwriter, he also inked his very first recording contract with Curb Records and released a few Top 40 singles, but his bigger hits were yet to come.

Just a few short years later, Brice earned his first Top 10 hit with “Love Like Crazy” and even broke a record set by Eddy Arnold after it remained on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart for more than 56 weeks!

One of his most beautiful songs, and a brilliant romance tune, “Hard to Love” debuted in 2012 to a great welcome and topped the charts after making its way into America’s hearts with it’s raw, real and honest nature about a man who admits to his lover that he’s “hard to love” and expresses how beautiful it is that she puts up with him.

Brice and wife Sara have been married since 2013 and have two sons together already, so their family is just growing more – and they are thrilled!

“Our whole family is thrilled to welcome our third child,” Brice revealed in his interview with People Magazine. “Takoda and Ryker are so excited and Sara is more beautiful than ever. We can’t wait for our new little one to get here this summer.”

During their wedding, their first dance was to his hit song, “I Don’t Dance” which he penned in honor of his to-be wife. A truly incredible day and stunning memory they shared.

Of the song, Brice revealed in an earlier interview with the same publication, “It’s the most personal thing I’ve written ever…It was for my wife for our first dance at our wedding. And it wasn’t even supposed to be really a song on the record. It was nothing about that, it was just for Sara.”

We cannot wait to congratulate them on their newest addition to their family this summer!
