Country Stars’ Pregnant Wives Show Off Baby Bumps At CMT Music Awards

2019 has definitely been the year of the baby boom in country music. So many artists have already welcomed new additions into their families, including Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, and Jason Aldean.

Even more stars are expecting little ones later this year, such as Brett Young, Kane Brown, and Brantley Gilbert.

Speaking of those three stars, all of them were at the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday night (June 5), and all of them were accompanied by their lovely wives.

So that means the CMT Music Awards red carpet was a mini maternity fashion show. See how these gorgeous mamas-to-be dressed up their bumps for the occasion by looking through the photos below!

Brett Young’s Wife Taylor Mills Young

Brett and his wife Taylor went for a classic color pairing when it came time to choose their outfits. The “In Case You Didn’t Know” singer wore a stylish gray suit, which perfectly complemented Taylor’s blush-colored dress.

The color was a fitting choice for Taylor, since she is expecting a baby girl in the fall! 

When being interviewed by CMT for the red carpet, Taylor expressed how much of a “challenge” it is to dress up a baby bump for such an occasion.

But we’d say she conquered that challenge, wouldn’t y’all?

Brantley Gilbert’s Wife Amber Cochran Gilbert

While Taylor had to adjust to the newfound challenge of dressing a baby bump, Brantley’s wife Amber is already a seasoned pro at doing so. She is currently expecting their second child, a baby girl that is due to arrive in September.

Amber always looked like one hot mama when she was pregnant with their son, Barrett, and the same can be said of her now that she’s expecting again! She rocked a sparkly silver mini dress that perfectly hugged her growing bump.

CMT’s Cody Alan joked with the couple on the red carpet that Brantley is normally the one known for wearing a bunch of jewelry, but that Amber’s dress was a jewelry piece itself!

We’d have to agree…Amber looked like a gem on the red carpet!

Kane Brown’s Wife Katelyn Jae Brown

Kane and Katelyn just announced their pregnancy a couple of months ago, so she isn’t as far along as Taylor and Amber. And until recently, we haven’t seen much of Katelyn’s baby bump.

But that bump was on full display at the CMT Music Awards, and Katelyn fittingly chose to wear a red dress as she walked the red carpet with her husband. Kane could be seen cradling his wife’s belly, and thankfully photographers captured some snapshots from that tender moment.

The two are expecting a baby girl sometime later this year. Kane revealed in a red carpet interview that he actually wrote a song about the baby before they knew the gender, and addressed it to a son rather than a daughter. So we may have to wait a while to hear a song inspired by his little girl!

Knowing how fashionable Katelyn is, we can’t wait to see how she continues to dress her baby bump up in the future.
