According to multiple reports, Justin Bihag, who is often called “nephew” to Duane “Dog” Chapman and his late wife Beth, has been arrested for violating a court order to abstain from alcohol and drugs.

Bihag was arrested this past weekend (January 12th, 2020) in Edgewater, Colorado on suspicion of violating a protective order that specifically prohibited him from using any drugs or alcohol.

As it turns out, one report explains that Dog’s daughter, Lyssa, was the one who phoned in the tip that landed the police at his house for this parole violation. When officers arrived, they allegedly found signs of marijuana use at his home and he “smelled of alcohol.”

Recently, Bihag’s mother has also come under fire from Lyssa in a tweet that was sent after rumors swirled that she had begun dating Duane “Dog” Chapman just over six months after his late wife had passed.

“They are friends and have been for many, many years.  Beth knew her well also for 25 years,” a rep for Dog said. “They are not dating. She has been helping out as Duane is really missing Beth and needs someone around.”

Just one day after Bihag was arrested, Lyssa tweeted out something that appeared to be directed at him, saying “Nothing like a good dose of JUSTICE. One down, one to go.”

No word on what will come of this recent arrest or what Lyssa means by “one to go.”
