Blake Shelton recently kicked off his Country Music Freaks Tour on Feb. 15 in Tulsa Oklahoma with openers Trace Adkins, Brett Eldredge, and Carly Pearce, and from the looks of it, he’s pulling out all the stops!
At his show in Moline, Illinois, the country singer thrilled fans with the ultimate surprise, a guest appearance from girlfriend Gwen Stefani. Known for the red hot duets, the love birds couldn’t keep their eyes off each other during their steamy duet of “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.”
“That’s Gwen Stefani!” shouted Shelton after the international popstar began singing, Shelton and Stefani keeping their eyes locked tight throughout the duration of the performance.
Shelton released “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” off his 2016 album If I’m Honest, the song climbing to No.13 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart.
The Voice veterans began officially dating back in late 2015 following meeting on the set of Season 7. Now with over two years of dating under their belt, they seem to be more in love than ever. Between the start of the new season of The Voice and his hectic touring schedule, it’s nice to see Shelton making some much needed time for his beautiful girlfriend.
