When Gwen Stefani left The Voice, we thought she’d never return. With her Vegas residency and new album, when was she going to find the time?! Well, somehow she did – and boy did she impress!
Her Vegas Residency
There is no doubt that Gwen is one busy lady…and she recently got a whole lot busier. She announced that she will be adding dates to her Vegas residency at the Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood. Her “Just A Girl” residency has obviously proven to be a hit!

A New Christmas Video
On top of adding shows to her Vegas residency, Gwen has also come out with a new music video for her Christmas album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas. The album mixes timeless classic with a few jivey new tunes. Her man, Blake Shelton, even lends his twangy vocals to the tune and the couple definitely had fun filming for this one!
Her Long-Awaited Return
So when it got out that Gwen would be returning to The Voice for a holly jolly performance of one of her Christmas songs – everyone got excited to see what would happen. Gwen caught up with all her old friends and got to be back on set with Blake, giving the couple another round of filming on the set where their romance first started to grow. She even got to spend time with the new coach, Jennifer Hudson!

Gwen was joined by international superstar and Latin Grammy Award winner, Mon Laferte. The two ladies had amazing chemistry on the stage but from the looks of it – they are friends off stage as well!

Feliz Navidad
The gals had already recorded “Feliz Navidad” together in the studio. Gwen lent her rock and roll tone to the tune while Mon Laferte contributed her powerful vocals to the track – all while keeping it light and upbeat.
The song is amazing on the album but seeing the ladies absolutely kill it on stage is a whole different experience. Not to mention, their outfits were absolutely stunning. Gwen looked stunning in her black sequined mini, topped off with flower sleeves reminiscent of flores de papel.
Then, Mon Laferte joined Gwen in a show-stopping red gown. The strapless ensemble showed off the Chilean singer’s beautifully scattered tattoos.
And while the ladies looked absolutely stunning – it was their talented performance and heavenly voices that stole the show, getting Blake Shelton on his feet for a well-deserved standing ovation. You can watch their performance in the video below and let us know what you think in the comments!
