Although the pair have been separated for some time, this country singer is putting their differences aside to honor him on the day that celebrates fathers everywhere – and she did so in a very meaningful and loving way.
Jana Kramer, who shares one daughter with former Washington Redskins tight end Mike Caussin, has been very open about her former relationship struggles and the current separation she is going through with Caussin. Even though they aren’t seeing eye-to-eye on certain things right now, there is one thing she says they both can agree on: how great of a father he is to their daughter, Jolie.
In a social media post in honor of Father’s Day, Kramer poured her heart out to Caussin, expressing her gratitude to him for being a great father and sharing a cute photo of the daddy-daughter duo.
“We may not have the perfect fairytale love story, but what is perfect between us is our little girl,” She writes on Instagram. “Happy Father’s Day to Jolie’s daddy. There’s one thing we can for sure always agree on…you’re an amazing father and she’s so lucky to have you.”
Kramer and Caussin have been married since May 2015, and welcomed little Jolie into the world in January of 2016. In August of that same year, the two were confirmed to be separated while he sought treatment for an undisclosed condition.
