Jason and Brittany Aldean took to social media to let their fans know how their four-year-old son, Memphis, is doing after being taken to the emergency room on Tuesday (May 17).

As Brittany explained in her Instagram Story, Memphis “fell at the pool” earlier that day. He hurt his chin, and had to be taken to the ER to get some stitches.

Our day took a turn when Mems fell at the pool.. Two stitches under his chin and our official first trip to the E.R,” Brittany wrote.

Brittany said Memphis is now “doing great” after getting his stitches. She also expressed her thanks to the nurses and doctor who cared for him.

Jason spoke about Memphis’ ER visit on his own Instagram Story. He shared a photo of Memphis in a hospital bed with a bandage under his chin.

Lil man had his first trip to the ER today,” Jason said. “Needed 2 stitches and took it like a champ.”

At the time he posted that Story, Jason said Memphis was already “Back home and rockin’.”
