Keith Urban Released “GO HOME W U” As A Duet With Lainey Wilson Earlier This Year
Country music superstar Keith Urban recently stopped by to visit The Kelly Clarkson Show. In addition to being interviewed by Clarkson, Urban also joined her for a special “Kellyoke” duet.
The duo joined forces to sing “GO HOME W U,” one of Urban’s own songs. Urban released the song as a duet with Lainey Wilson in May of this year. The track was featured on Urban’s latest album High, which dropped in September.
“GO HOME WITH U” reached the #1 spot on the Australian Country Hot 50 chart. It also peaked at the #7 spot on Billboard’s Country Digital Songs chart.
The duo debuted the song live at CMA Fest in June.
Keith Urban Joins Kelly Clarkson For Duet Performance On The Kelly Clarkson Show
Kelly Clarkson filled in for Wilson to sing her part in “GO HOME W U” when Urban sang with her on The Kelly Clarkson Show. The set was all decked out for the holiday season, which added a festive touch to the performance.
Clarkson and Urban were clearly having a fun time singing together. The crowd also had a blast, and cheered like wild when the song came to an end.
