Anyone who knows anything about Kid Rock knows that he is not afraid to let people know what is on his mind. When it comes to politics, Rock has made it crystal clear who he intends to vote for this year…Donald Trump.

Back in 2012, Rock officially endorsed Republican candidate Mitt Romney and even allowed him to use his music at campaign events. So fans weren’t surprised at all when Rock announced that he wanted to throw his support behind this year’s republican candidate, Trump.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Rock revealed that although he considers himself more of a libertarian, he believes that you have to pick a side rather than stay stuck in the middle. He then went on to explain what it is about Trump that he feels makes him the best pick for president:

“I’m digging Trump…Let the business guy in there. It’s not really working too well running it not like a business.”

Since Rock has been such an outspoken supporter of Trump, everyone knows exactly where he stands. That could be why Rock was made part of a joke during a recent interview with Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton.

Clinton appeared on the humorous interview series called Between Two Ferns with actor Zach Galifianakis, who asked her some not-so-serious questions about her campaign, her past, and of course, Trump. It’s when Galifianakis started talking about Trump that he name-dropped Rock in one of the most hysterical parts of the interview.

When [Trump’s] elected president and Kid Rock becomes Secretary of State, will you move to Canada?” he asked.

It was only a matter of time before Rock caught wind of the joke, and turns out, he’s a fan! He shared a link to the video on Twitter, writing, “I don’t care what your politics are, funny is funny! Enjoy.

What did you think of the interview? Did you laugh out loud when they made the joke about Rock?

Regardless of what your politics are, there’s one thing we can all agree on…Rock makes some pretty good music. Check out his music video for his smash hit, “All Summer Long” below.
