Fiancée Face-Off
Combs and his long-time girlfriend, Nicole Hocking got engaged around Thanksgiving of 2018. Although the pair had “said yes a while ago” to one another, Combs waited to share the news with his fans during their vacation in Hawaii. While the duo was spending time together over the holidays they decided to have a little fun.

The Road To One Million
On New Year’s Eve, Combs took to Twitter explaining that he and Hocking were placing a bet against each other. His fiancée bet that Combs couldn’t reach one million followers on Instagram before midnight. He encouraged fans to get in on the fun by helping him reach his goal and in return, he’d release a video of a new song. Being that the talented singer was only 3,000 followers away from reaching one million, fans went crazy.

By the time the clock hit midnight, Combs had officially reached one million followers. Just like he promised, he put out a video on New Year’s Day of his newest song, “Every Little Bit Helps.” The video was a treat for fans as it showed Combs on his couch with just his guitar and his vocals.
A Promising Year
Before the video, Combs admitted that he’s going “back into the studio to record some new stuff for you guys” this 2019. While he gears up for his Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour beginning in January, Combs is still working on releasing some new music. “Every Little Bit Helps” was written by Combs and two buddies of his, James McNair and Chase McGill.
Known for his heartfelt love songs, this one fits his style of music that fans have fallen in love with since the beginning.
