Mark Wystrach Of The Country Trio Midland Is Selling His Home In The Arizona Desert

Mark Wystrach, the lead vocalist of the ACM Award-winning country group Midland, just shared he’s selling his spectacular Adobe home.

Wystrach shared the news about the sale in an Instagram post. He said:

“Our stunning 1938 adobe home by the renowned architect Josiah Joesler is now for sale with @pattyandrickhoward.”

His caption included additional details about the stunning property in the Arizona desert. As Wystrach detailed, the “historic hacienda” is located on 1.28 acres of land and has mountain views.

The private entry courtyard includes a fountain and fireplace. The restored Adobe home features plaster walls, original hardware, and hand-painted tiles by the artist Ysauro Uriarte.

The new homeowners will enjoy the comfort of the primary suite, which includes a sitting area, fireplace, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The Adobe also features a bonus room that could be used as a studio or home office.

The new homeowners can enjoy the “serene outdoor space” that includes a pool, exterior hot sauna, cold plunge, and greenhouse. The property also has direct access to miles of beautiful walking trails.

According to Zillow, the Tucson, Arizona home has been listed for $1,675,000. It includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms and has a total interior livable area of 3,482 square feet.

Who Is Midland?

Midland features members Mark Wystrach, Jess Carson, and Cameron Duddy. The group released their first album, On the Rocks, in 2017. The album reached the second spot on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.

Their debut single, “Drinkin’ Problem,” dropped that same year. The song was a smash hit, as it reached #3 on the Country Airplay chart and also reached #4 on the Hot Country Songs chart. Besides that, it crossed over to claim the 45th spot on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Drinkin’ Problem” was nominated for two Grammy Awards and has been certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA.

Midland has since scored a number of other hits, including “Mr. Lonely,” “Burn Out,” and “Make a Little.” Their 2019 album, Let It Roll, reached #1 on the Top Country Albums chart.

Additionally, Midland has earned nominations from the Grammys, the CMA, and the ACM. They won the ACM Award for New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year in 2018.
