Over his four years hosting The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the widely popular talk show host has invited some of Hollywoods greatest stars. From country music legends to Oscar-winning actors, we’ve seen all the hilarious acts Fallon has put together for his show. A familiar guest often invited to the show is country music favorite, Blake Shelton.

Although Fallon hosts the show solo, he has an in-house band, The Roots, that are very interactive during and between acts. The talented band is useful during several of Fallon’s witty games that he makes artists play such as Wheel of Impressions and Name That Song. We’ve learned that Shelton isn’t very good at the latter one, hysterically not being able to recognize his girlfriend’s famous tune.

For his December 10th segment, Fallon invited all The Voice coaches on for one amazing a capella mashup. In the style of the Brady-Bunch grid, the singers came together combining some of their greatest hits. Starting off with Fallon and The Roots creating the beat and melody, Levine followed in with Maroon 5’s “She Will Be Loved,” transitioning into “This Love.” After a couple a couple of verses, Hudson jumped into her “Spotlight” taking over the vocals.
Jumping into the middle spot, Shelton comes in singing his “I’ll Name The Dogs.” Fallon flipped on a cowboy hat and joined the country singer for some backup vocals. Clarkson comes in belting her hit “Stronger” before the whole panel comes together singing their own tunes at once. Even The Voice host, Carson Daly joins in for some harmonies.
All at once, Fallon, The Roots, the coaches, and Daly synchronize for one big clap to finish the song.
