Taylor Sheridan has the power to attract superstar actors to his projects. Kevin Costner stars in Yellowstone, Sam Elliott appeared in 1883, Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren play lead roles in 1923, Sylvester Stallone is the star of Tulsa King, and Jeremy Renner stars in Mayor of Kingstown.
Now, another megastar has landed a role in a new series of Sheridan’s, titled Lioness.
“the CIA’s Senior Supervisor who has had a long career of playing the politics game. She must juggle the trappings of being a woman in the high-ranking intelligence community, a wife that longs for the attention she herself can’t even give and a mentor to someone veering suspiciously close to the same rocky road she’s found herself on.”
