Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular – Minnesota Zoo

What To Expect At The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular

It’s a spooky Halloween-themed event that runs from October 1st through November 3rd at the Minnesota Zoo. There’s a quarter-mile long trail that takes about 40-50 minutes to walk through and is filled with many carved pumpkins on display.

Over 20,000 Jack-O-Lanterns and 5,000 hand-carved pumpkins will be lit up. You’ll find them glowing in the trees, on the ground, on tables, on benches and everywhere else a pumpkin can be. According to the zoo’s website, no one pumpkin will be the same and there will be fog machines and other spooky effects to entertain you.
