Twitter / SPAM Brands, DelrayDiva

So many people have questioned the actual *need* for this new take on Spam…but apparently they all underestimated the market.

Spam – which often draws questions about who is actually buying it – recently revealed that they were going to release a limited edition version of their packaged meat product with “pumpkin spice” flavoring.

Well, according to news reports, this bizarre pumpkin spice flavor of canned meat has sold out in just 7 hours.

Yes. People wanted it so badly, it has now completely disappeared from store shelves.

According to Spam’s official social channels – even though the Pumpkin Spice edition is sold out…they have 15 other “flavorful varieties” to enjoy.

The other varieties include these unique styles, among others: Jalepeno, Oven-Roasted Turkey, Hot & Spicy, Teriyaki, Garlic, Portuguese Sausage Seasoning, Tocino Seasoning, Spam With Cheese, and even Spam Spread.

RIP Pumpkin Spice Spam – you were only here for a few hours, but surely someone…somewhere will miss you.
