Ree Drummond, aka “The Pioneer Woman” is known for her many delicious food recipes. In general, her recipes are built around good taste and not necessarily what’s good for you.
Drummond recently opened up about her inspiring weight loss journey and her new lifestyle changes. The food personality and cookbook author revealed that she’s lost almost 60 pounds.

While those two events played a big factor, Drummond says her resolve started long before that when she had a night of chips and salsa which she considers her “rock bottom.”
“I basically hit rock bottom eating chips and salsa one night. I went a little overboard, but I thought that night, ‘I am going to start tomorrow, I am doing something different.’ “

“It was never about I have to lose this amount, it’s really about how I feel,” she continued. “I feel great, I have, I feel strong. Even when I was thinner, I don’t think I ever have been a squatter or a lunger before. Not since my ballet days. So it’s really nice to just kind of feel the muscles that I thought were gone forever.”
