Riley Green has signed on as the newest ambassador for Gildan, an American apparel company that specializes in t-shirts, sock and underwear.
The “There Was This Girl” singer and Gildan both shared the news on social media, making the announcement with photos of Riley modeling some of the brand’s underwear and tees. The brand partnership announcement came on National Underwear Day, and Gildan was pumped to share the news.
“Our quality basics and Riley’s chart-topping tunes are a match made in country heaven – one that formed naturally long before this partnership. Together, we’re a perfect harmony of comfort, quality, and values,” the brand said in an Instagram post.

In a press release on National Underwear Day, Riley spoke about the partnership saying that Gildan is a brand that keeps him comfortable no matter what he’s doing. “Whether it is a packed show, a challenging workout or a busy day on the farm, Gildan® keeps me comfortable no matter what I am doing. Life gets busy and a little hectic at times and partnering with Gildan® to keep me comfortable is just a smart choice for me.”
Riley Green also shared the news along with a series of photos showing off his black Gildan underwear and his six-pack.

Who Is Riley Green?
Riley Green first found country music success in 2018 with his debut single, “There Was This Girl.” Prior to his country music career, Green was a quarterback for the Jacksonville State University football team. He also competed on the CMT reality show, “Redneck Island.” He competed on the show’s fourth season and returned for a later season where he ultimately took home the $100,000 prize.
