Riley Green To Make Acting Debut In Marshals
As the newest Yellowstone spinoff, Marshals, heads into its seventh week, fans are eagerly awaiting Riley Green‘s guest appearance. It was confirmed earlier this year that the “Worst Way” singer would make his acting debut in the new series.
Unlike previous spinoffs, Marshals follows Kayce Dutton as he navigates life after losing his wife, Monica, and eventually leads a U.S. Marshals team in Montana.
Green will step into the role of Garrett, a retired Navy SEAL who shows up unexpectedly seeking the support of his friend and former teammate, Kayce. The singer-turned-actor told ExtraTV that his character is “troubled,” and adds:
“He’s got some issues in what they went through together back in the day. As he shows back up, he’s struggling to deal with all that, and Kayce is constantly trying to help him and let him into that Western lifestyle and what they have out there as Marshals.”
Get A First Look At Garrett Ahead Of The Episode
Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Garrett, played by Riley Green, will step into view on Sunday, April 19th, during the show’s seventh episode. In a new trailer dropped just days before the episode, fans get a first look at the new character.
Garrett can be seen arriving at the ranch and reuniting with Kayce. While he claims his visit is just to “see how an old teammate is doing,” suspicions are quickly raised about the real reason. Watch the clip and meet Garrett below!

Riley Green To Release New Song In Conjunction With Marshals Appearance
Along with the new trailer, Riley Green revealed that he will release his newest song, “My Way,” this Friday, April 17th. The melancholy tune will also be featured in the upcoming episode of Marshals.
Green first teased the song in a casual social media post over a year ago, in March 2025. Watch it below and get a sneak peek of “My Way.”
