Miranda Lambert celebrated her husband’s 33rd birthday over the weekend.
Country star Miranda Lambert took to social media to pay tribute to her husband of five years, Brendan McLoughlin, on his birthday!
She shared a carousel of eight photos and videos including photos of him enjoying a glass of wine on a boat, carrying one of their dogs in a purse-like carrier, proudly showing off a piece of homemade pasta, riding a horse, and making pasta from scratch. It also included a video of him using the flattop grill (shirtless), showing off his love for Bucc-ees, and enjoying a day at the lake!
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my best friend, travel buddy, home cookin, pasta makin, animal lovin, down for anything , warmest, kindest, city gone country boy!” she wrote. “Brendan you are a light in every room you walk in. I’m so lucky to see that smile of yours everyday forever. Thanks for being you.”
She ended the post by writing, “33 looks good on you!”
Miranda and Brendan teased their plans for his birthday in a red-carpet interview before the MTV Music Video Awards.
In an interview with E!, the married couple revealed how they stay connected with so much going on.
Miranda replied, “We kinda live on a date, honestly. We really spend a lot of time together. We’re like best friends, so even when there’s time apart, we really find a way to connect and always have date nights, which could just be watching a movie on the couch, but really spend time together.”
They love to make time for date nights, and think that’s how they stay so close!
The interviewer then asked if there were big plans for Brendan’s birthday. He revealed that he doesn’t ever like to make a big deal of his birthday, but he will likely cook some Italian food!
Brendan admitted he loves to cook pasta from scratch and Lambert vouched that he is an incredible cook.
