Brantley And Amber Gilbert’s Third Child Was Born On Their Tour Bus In Tupelo
Brantley Gilbert’s wife, Amber, is being called a “rockstar” for giving birth to their third child on their tour bus.
The couple announced on Mother’s Day that they were expecting another baby. They already have a six-year-old son, Barrett, and a five-year-old daughter, Braylen.
Brantley and Amber later shared the news that Baby #3 was a boy.
More recently, Amber has been traveling with Brantley on his Off the Rails Tour. On Friday (October 11), the trek took him to Elvis Presley’s birthplace, Tupelo, Mississippi.
Brantley and Amber brought their midwife with them on tour, just in case Amber went into labor earlier than anticipated. It’s a good thing they did…because that’s exactly what happened!
Brantley was already onstage when he got ushered away to help with an “emergency” on his tour bus. He never could have imagined that “emergency” was the fact that Amber went into labor.
The singer made it just in time to catch his baby boy, Abram Howell Gilbert, when he made his way into the world.

Brantley returned to the stage to let the audience know his son had arrived. Then, much to everyone’s surprise, he opted to stay onstage and finish the show (with Amber’s blessing, of course).
Brantley And Amber “Thought [They] Had A Week Or So Left” Before Their Son’s Birth
Due to the unique circumstances, the story of Abram’s birth reached millions of people. Brantley and Amber sat down with Fox & Friends on Monday (October 14) to share more about the “crazy” story that led to his birth on their tour bus.
“I can’t say this was on my bingo card,” Brantley said with a laugh. “It was kind of crazy.”
Brantley explained how he and Amber “thought [they] had a week or so left” before Abram would arrive.
“I went from reading a book in the bed, to calling the midwife in a matter of minutes,” Amber said.
Amber also said she told Brantley it was fine for him to leave and finish his concert after Abram was born. That gave her the chance to get cleaned up and enjoy some one-on-one time with their baby boy.
Brantley also shared that he found out Amber was pregnant on the same tour bus where Abram was born. Talk about a full-circle moment!

Brantley shared a video on his social media pages showcasing his reaction to Abram’s birth. The video features several photos of Abram shortly after his arrival.
In the caption, Brantley praised Amber “for letting me love you and showing me EXACTLY how incredibly strong a woman can be.”
