December has always been a busy month in Craig Wayne Boyd‘s house, and it’s about to be even more eventful!
On Friday (August 23), the 40-year-old former Voice champion shared with People that he and his wife, Taylor, are expecting their third child together. And the little one is due around the same time his dad, sister, and brother will be celebrating their birthdays.
Craig and Taylor’s son, Graydon, was born on December 28, 2017, while their daughter, Dakota, shares her birthday with her dad. They were both born on December 31, Dakota in 2015 and Craig in 1978.
“One big birthday party for all!” Craig said. “The man upstairs sure does have a sense of humor.”
Craig also has a seven-year-old son, Jaxon, from a previous relationship.

The couple enlisted the help of all three kids to share their pregnancy news through an adorable photo. The family came together to form a “band,” with Craig on keyboard, Taylor on drums, Jaxton on vocals, Dakota on guitar, and Graydon on tambourine.
A sign next to the group reads “New Boyd Band Member Coming Soon!” The sign also revealed the baby’s gender…it’s a boy!

“I am over-the-moon excited to be adding another addition to Boyds R Us!” Taylor said.
“We are so excited about this little guy,” Craig added.
We’re so excited to meet the Boyd’s new baby boy when he arrives in December!
