Just weeks after filing for a divorce, Yellowstone actor Ryan Bingham has put his $2.45 million home on the market.
Bingham is an actor, but he is also a singer and songwriter who has created songs across multiple genres. He also owns his own record label, Axster Bingham Records.

Bingham and his now-estranged wife, Anna Axster, called it quits after 12 years of marriage. Together, they purchased their Topanga, California property in 2013, which features a three-bedroom main house with an additional bedroom space in the guest cottage. According to Zillow, the pair originally purchased the home for $1,360,000.
The stylish home sits on 0.81 acres of land and is described to be very “private.” The house was originally built in 1947, but it has received many modern updates, including a “chef’s kitchen with custom cabinets.”
The outside of the house is just as impressive. The property features professionally designed landscaping, which features drought resistant-indigenous plants. There is also a chicken coop on the lot, and the listing even advertises room for horses and corral.
