Country music fans were in somewhat in an uproar when it was revealed that the Backstreet Boys were slated to perform at the ACM Awards in 2017 with their collaboration partners Florida Georgia Line.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard spoke about their relationship with the iconic 90s boy band.

“These guys are professionals, they take their job really serious and they also take their relationships with each other really serious,” says Hubbard. “I would imagine it’s not always easy. Those guys are brothers, they’re really, really tight through the ups and downs. It’s really cool to see.”
Their respect is mutual, which is what led to FGL asking BSB to collaborate. Together they performed their song “God, Your Mama, And Me.”
It was one of the most anticipated performances of the night and they did not disappoint.
After performing “God, Your Mama, And Me,” they all performed Backstreet Boys’ hit song “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back),” which immediately got the entire T-Mobile Arena on their feet.
Cameras panned to Faith Hill and Nicole Kidman who were fan-girling, but one person freaked out the most when FGL started doing the choreographed dance with the Backstreet Boys!
Tim McGraw completely lost it when that happened, and so did everyone else at home seeing his face. His jaw dropped and he pointed to the stage in disbelief that Hubbard and bandmate Brian Kelley could actually dance!
