Brianna often travels with Zach on tour, and was with him as they prepared to leave for Zach’s recent shows in Little Rock, Arkansas.
In a video she posted on TikTok on May 14, Brianna said they were involved in a car accident before they left for Arkansas. “Two nights ago, Zach and I got into a traumatizing side-by-side car crash,” she explained.
Brianna detailed how they felt in that moment:
“It flipped a bunch of times, everything shattered and thank God we had our seatbelts on but there was a lot of blood and we thought we were saying goodbye to each other.“
Zach Was Injured In The Crash
Zach, who served in the Navy before becoming a full-time country artist, sustained an injury that required stitches. Brianna recalls the relief they felt that the large cut “didn’t hit an artery.”
Despite everything, she reassured her followers that she and Zach are doing fine after the accident. “…we are happy and alive,” she said.
Fans noticed Zach wearing a red bandage around his arm during his show in Arkansas, but he didn’t explain why.

To make matters worse, Zach reaggravated his injury when their cat, Mango, escaped from the tour bus.
“Then it’s time to drive to Arkansas,” she relayed. “As we’re about to leave, we open the bus door and Mango…runs out of the bus into the woods…She goes through barbed wire into the middle of the forest. Zach tries to jump on her, all of his stitches burst again, he’s bleeding so much blood.”
They thankfully found Mango. But her escape, combined with the car accident, left Brianna feeling “so mentally out of it.”
A tearful Brianna said, “I’m just so tired. My whole body hurts and I keep finding more bruises and scrapes, and I pulled glass out of my cheek last night.”
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Zach and Brianna as they recover. Listen to Brianna tell the story about the accident in the video below.
